Privacy Policy
We collect your email when you sign up for the beta. That's it. We don't track you across the web. We don't sell anything to anyone.
What we collect
When you register for OmniTwin's beta waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. That is the only information we request.
We do not ask for your name, company, phone number, or payment information during the pre-launch phase. If and when we begin collecting additional information — for example, to provision a paid account — this policy will be updated and you will be notified.
We also receive the standard technical data your browser sends with any HTTP request: your IP address, browser type, and the page you visited. This is logged automatically by our hosting infrastructure and is not associated with your email address. [Legal counsel to finalize the specific retention period for server logs.]
How we use it
Your email address is used for one purpose: to notify you when the OmniTwin beta becomes available, and to send you relevant product updates in the lead-up to launch.
We will not use your email address for any purpose beyond what you signed up for. We will not add you to third-party mailing lists, sell your address to advertisers, or use it to profile you across the web.
Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link. You can also request removal at any time by emailing privacy@omnitwin.net.
How we store it
Beta waitlist signups are stored in a managed database operated by our infrastructure provider. The data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
We retain your email address until you request removal or until sixty (60) days after the beta launches and you have had the opportunity to convert to a full account. After that window, waitlist-only records are purged. [Legal counsel to finalize retention schedule.]
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics vendors.
We use a transactional email service to deliver beta notifications. This service receives your email address to transmit the message and nothing more. [Legal counsel to name the specific processor and confirm DPA is in place.]
We may disclose information if required by law — for example, in response to a valid court order or subpoena. We will notify you of such a request to the extent we are legally permitted to do so.
Cookies and analytics
This marketing site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts during the pre-launch phase. We do not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Segment, Intercom, or equivalent tools.
We may use a first-party cookie for functional purposes — such as remembering that you have already submitted a waitlist form — where that improves your experience. These cookies contain no personally identifiable information and are not shared with any third party.
When OmniTwin moves into general availability, this section will be updated to describe any analytics tools introduced at that time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port the data we hold about you. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@omnitwin.net. We will respond within thirty (30) days. [Legal counsel to confirm GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable framework compliance.]
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right. If you are a California resident, we will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a right under the CCPA.
Children's privacy
OmniTwin is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at privacy@omnitwin.net and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and — where we have your contact information — send a notification email.
Continued use of the site after the effective date of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, your remedy is to unsubscribe from the waitlist and discontinue use of the site.
