Agent Execution

Agents are priced separately.

Agents run on dedicated GPU capacity, so execution time is bought in packages on top of your monthly plan. Hours are consumed only while an agent is actually running: a scheduled Scout sweep, a Polyglot migration, a Truth Seeker drift pass. Larger packages carry a lower effective hourly rate.

How does billing work?
Growth is $350/month and Pro is $1,250/month, billed annually. Scale is quoted per deployment because it runs single-tenant. You can move up a tier at any time with a prorated credit. Agent execution packages are bought separately and stack with any plan. For billing plans or a customized arrangement, reach out to our support team at support@kortesalabs.com.
What counts as an IP address?
Any IPv4 or IPv6 address tracked in your IPAM twin counts toward the limit - whether assigned, reserved, or discovered. Subnets and ranges do not count individually.
What open-standards DDI does OmniTwin support?
OmniTwin is built on open-standards architecture - interoperable with any RFC-compliant DNS, DHCP, and IPAM system. No proprietary lock-in.
What is the difference between Pro and Scale?
Pro runs on shared high-performance nodes. Scale is a dedicated single-tenant deployment with its own zero-trust tunnel, custom RBAC, and a sub-two-hour support commitment. If you need isolation for compliance reasons rather than for capacity, Scale is the one to ask about.
Do agents run continuously or on-demand?
Agents can be configured for continuous background operation or triggered on-demand via the API or UI. Scout, for example, runs scheduled scans; Truth Seeker monitors continuously when enabled.
